The service
Graver converts images into DXF outlines and into 2.5D relief models for CNC machines, and can generate source images for you. It is provided as-is: we do not warrant that a trace is correct, that a model is machinable, or that a file is safe to cut. Check the output before you put it on a machine. That is what the overlay and overhang views are for.
Subscription and billing
Access costs €12 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Each period includes 200 generated images; tracing, relief modelling, uploading and exporting are not metered. Unused images do not carry over. Cancel any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
If Graver does not do what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Consumers in the EU keep any statutory withdrawal right they have in addition to this.
Your content
You keep every right you have in the images you upload and the files you export, and you may use them commercially. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. We store your content to provide the service and do not use it to train anything.
Acceptable use
Do not use Graver to produce material that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is designed to harm. We may suspend an account that does, and will refund the unused part of its period.
Retention
We keep your images while your account exists. Accounts with no active subscription may have their stored images removed after 12 months of inactivity, with notice to the address on the account first.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and by email before the change takes effect for you.
